2. Eligibility

• Services are available in select geographies in India.

• Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors (13–17) may use the site under parental supervision.

3. Account Registration

4. Ordering & Delivery

• Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website or mobile app.

• Same-day delivery is available between 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, for orders placed before the cut-off time.

• Delivery is free for orders above ₹150. Orders below ₹150 will incur a ₹40 delivery fee.

• Minimum order value: ₹100.

5. Pricing & Payment

• In rare cases of billing discrepancies, Trovasy reserves the right to issue a revised invoice which the user agrees to pay.

6. Weight Variance & Substitutions

• Due to the nature of produce, a ±5% variation in weight may occur. Users agree to pay as per the final invoice.

• If any item is unavailable or of subpar quality, it will not be delivered and the invoice adjusted accordingly.

7. Cancellations & Returns

• Orders may be cancelled up to the delivery cut-off time by contacting customer support.

• You can reject any item at the time of delivery if you are unsatisfied. A credit note will be issued.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Transmit harmful, unlawful, or obscene material
