Order Processing

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Any orders placed after 4:00 PM or during official holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation and, if available, a tracking reference via SMS or email.


Delivery Coverage and Timing

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Syria, including Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia, Hama, Tartus, Daraa, Sweida, and others.

Estimated delivery times:

  • For addresses in major cities, delivery usually takes between one to three business days.

  • For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take between three to five business days.

Please note that these are general timeframes and can vary due to road conditions, security restrictions, weather, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above SYP 150,000.
For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of SYP 7,000 will apply.

Shipping fees are clearly stated at checkout before you confirm your order.


Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability and ensure smooth handover.


Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, we will attempt redelivery up to two more times.
If delivery still cannot be completed, the order may be returned to our facility, and further arrangements will be required to reship, potentially incurring additional charges.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and any relevant landmarks are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


Changes & Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the new expected delivery time.
